There’s more to a photography business than the photos.
The way your business is built affects everything —
your time, your income, and your life.

Kerry's method is simple.
Diagnose
Look at the entire business and identify what's working, what's not, and what's costing you time and money.
Prioritize
Decide which changes will make the biggest difference.
Redesign
Improve, simplify, or eliminate what's no longer serving the business.
Implement
Put those changes into practice. Not someday. During our work together.
Refine
Review what improved, make adjustments, and decide what comes next.
This isn't a course or general business advice.
There is no formula for how your photography business should run. Kerry knows how to look at the business you've built, figure out what's holding it back, and help you turn it into the business you actually want.
Changes start on day 1.

Meet Kerry Howell
Kerry Howell focuses exclusively on the business side of photography. She built her own photography business to six figures in its first year. She knows how to run a profitable photography business, and she knows how to simplify one.
Kerry looks at the whole business, not just one problem at a time. Pricing, services, scheduling, clients, boundaries, and daily operations all affect each other. She knows how to identify what's costing you time and money, what needs to change, and what you can stop doing altogether.
Her goal is to help photographers build businesses that are more profitable, easier to run, and designed around the lives they want to live.
Because your business should support your life, not consume it.

YOUR BUSINESS IS SUCCESSFUL.
You've built a business with paying clients and consistent demand. But the workload keeps growing. Your calendar is full. Your clients expect constant availability.
RUNNING IT IS EXHAUSTING.
You're answering messages at night, squeezing one more job into an already full week, saying yes when you really want to say no, and handling problems that shouldn't keep happening.

Kerry works one-on-one with photographers to shape the business around what you want.
What would make running your business feel good? For some that means more money. For others it means more time, better clients, a simpler schedule, or more control over the day. A lot of the time, it’s some combination of all of it.
The right fix depends on your business and what you want.
How does this work?
Kerry looks at everything. Your day-to-day, pricing, clients, offers, schedule, boundaries, systems, communication, profitability, positioning, workload, and goals. Kerry knows how each part of your business affects the others, what needs to change, and what needs to be put in place to move the business where you want it to go.
The goal is simple: figure out where you want the business to go, then make the right changes to get you there.
Get experienced advice on your whole business, personalized answers for what you’re dealing with, and start making changes on day one.

Why Kerry?
Kerry still runs a photography business today. She built it to six figures in her first year and learned very quickly that being good at photography and knowing how to run the business are two different skills.
She understands pricing, clients, offers, scheduling, communication, boundaries, scope creep, overdelivering, client experience, and all the small decisions that determine whether a business is profitable and enjoyable to run. She also learned firsthand that structure, clear boundaries, and simple systems can completely change the way the business feels.
Kerry is known for her calm approach, quickly identifying what needs to change, and simplifying the business around what you want.

After working together...
You’ll have a business that fits the way you want to work and the life you want outside of it.
Maybe that means more profit. More time. Better clients. A simpler schedule. More control over your day.
Whatever the goal, your business should be easier to run and better suited to the way you want to work and live.
